Each extra-rich white chocolate brownie weighs between 3 and 4 oz. and is cut to an approximate size of 2-3/4" x 2-1/2". All other brownies weigh between 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 oz. each and are cut to a slightly larger size of 2-3/4" x 3-1/8".
Because our Gourmet Brownies contain no preservatives, we suggest that you keep them refrigerated. A “Freshness Card” included with every order explains that the brownies may be stored for up to six weeks in the refrigerator or up to three months in the freezer. We applaud anyone with the willpower to let their brownies last that long!
