Directions to Mountainside Chocolates

From
the EAST (Statesville):
Take I-40 West toward Asheville; stay on I-40 beyond Asheville to Exit #27:
US 23, US 74 (Clyde). Go south on US 23 toward Waynesville. Keep following
the signs to stay on US 23 South to Exit 81. The sign will say “Dillsboro,
Franklin, Atlanta.” Mountainside Chocolates is approximately 11 miles
south of Dillsboro. (Dillsboro is the first traffic light you come to after
the exit.) Keep following the signs to stay on US 23 South. As you get closer
to our shop, you'll see a sign for the Gold City gem mine, then the mine itself
on your right. Get into the left lane -- on the left near the end of the double
S curves is Mountainside Chocolates. This can be a very busy road, so if you
see the wood carver shop on your left you have gone too far. Just turn around
and come on back!

the WEST (Knoxville):
Take I-40 East into North Carolina to Exit #27: US 23, US 74 (Clyde). Go south
on US 23 toward Waynesville. Keep following the signs to stay on US 23 South
